Fiesta Chicken Pasta

Fiesta Chicken Pasta


2 cups rotini pasta
1 T oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups chopped red peppers (about 2 medium peppers)
1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1 T chili powder
1/2 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese

1. Cook pasta as directed on package.

2. Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken and cook.

3. Add peppers, dressing, and chili powder and cook about 3 more minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Remove from heat and stir in salsa and sour cream.

5. Add cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
