First, let me say that I'm not a gourmet chef. I don't even LOVE cooking-baking is a different story. However, necessity often brings me to the kitchen to cook a meal. And I do love a tried and true recipe. So, here is a collection of recipes I've gathered from friends and the interwebs. These have helped me to enjoy my time in the kitchen a bit more! I hope it will help you, too!

I would love to hear how you make your pulled pork. I have had really good success with this one. http://www.crumblycookie.net/2008/05/30/crockpot-pulled-pork/ It is a little spicy - I cut out the cayenne pepper altogether. But it is really moist and flavorful.
Laura, I usually make my pulled pork with the recipe posted on here as Boston Butt http://makingfeastingfun.blogspot.com/2009/11/boston-butt.html--it's my favorite and I really love it! This week, I had a coupon for frozen, store bought stuff, so I'm cheating!
